Get Up and Dance!

There was another Barn, located at the site of Phoenix Books, with a rep for costume parties. It was the people of course, and they are still my very best friends. So I conceived 'Bite Your Lip' to entice them all back here again. A barn venue was required, no theme this time around, but I made some props to tweak the memories, like the back half of a (nearly) full size elephant in papier-mache to complement a front half made 30 years ago for the last 'Barn' party, and a 23x14 foot scrim of a Rasta Lion for color.

Could not have worked better - the venue was welcoming and adaptable, the BRB staff were the same, the people were just as they always have been - fun!
